About The Event
Calling all teen innovators, creators, and future scientists! Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (S.T.E.M.) at our PNG Teen Makerspace program. This is where your curiosity and creativity come to life as you embark on exciting hands-on projects that explore the realms of S.T.E.M. Together with like-minded teens, you'll have the chance to build, experiment, and ignite your passion for innovation.
What to Expect: Hands-On Exploration: We provide a range of S.T.E.M. project kits, tools, and materials to help you turn your ideas into reality. Create, experiment, and learn by doing.
Mentorship: Knowledgeable mentors and educators are on hand to guide you through the projects, answer questions, and provide valuable insights.
Project Variety: Each session offers a different S.T.E.M. project, covering subjects like robotics, electronics, coding, engineering, and more. This means you'll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of interests.
Collaboration: Work with your peers, share ideas, and collaborate on projects that challenge your problem-solving skills and encourage teamwork.
Creative Freedom: While we provide project guidance, there's always room for your unique spin on the projects. Express your creativity and personalize your creations.
Who Can Attend: The Teen Makerspace program is open to all teens grades 6-12 who are interested in exploring the world of S.T.E.M. Whether you're an aspiring scientist, tech wizard, engineer, or simply curious about S.T.E.M., you're welcome to join us.
Unleash your inner scientist and engineer, and explore the exciting world of S.T.E.M. through hands-on projects at the Teen Makerspace program. This is where innovation and learning collide, and where you can turn your ideas into tangible creations. We look forward to seeing you at the makerspace for an afternoon of creativity and discovery!
